Pocket Knife Kershaw Showtime
Direct leverbaar
Character-wise, the Kershaw Showtime sits somewhere between a sturdy EDC and a sleek, compact gentleman's knife. Designer Todd Rexford signed off on the design: a pocket knife with a contemporary look and a tough edge. You see that immediately reflected in the 8CR13MoV steel blade, which in a two-tone finish is certainly not inconspicuous — partly matte, partly finished with a black oxide coating. The pivot point features a hexagonal design, which gives the knife an almost industrial appearance. For those looking for a knife with pronounced character, this is a nice choice.
You open it one-handed via the flipper, which also serves as a striking guard. You get help from the SpeedSafe assisted opening system, which gives the blade just that push to deploy smoothly. Once the knife is open, a frame lock keeps everything safely in place. The handle is constructed from sturdy stainless steel with a wear-resistant black oxide coating; the edges are comfortably rounded, but the edgy look is retained. For extra grip you'll find a finger contour in the handle and on the back of the blade a texture you can push against with your thumb.
