A heat shield – a tightly stretched band above the barrel – prevents this rising heat. With this Rome attachment, you can easily secure such a band on your Rome mount. The part is made of black anodized, impact-resistant aluminum and is a solid choice for anyone who wants to maintain their aiming image under fire.
