IR Illuminator HikMicro Pro 940 Nm

During night observation without residual light — think of an overcast sky where moon and stars are completely obscured — the HikMicro Pro 940 Nm IR Illuminator offers a practical solution. In combination with a night vision device that amplifies residual light into a visible image, this illuminator provides additional infrared radiation in the desired viewing direction. That radiation is picked up by the night vision device, so you get a usable image even in completely dark conditions.

The infrared radiation comes from an LED lamp and has a wavelength of 940 nm. This lies outside the visible spectrum, making it imperceptible to the naked eye — so anyone you are observing will notice nothing of the illuminator's presence. The radiation range is 200 meters.

With a weight of 150 grams, the illuminator is light enough to hold in your hand, but it can also be attached to a night vision device via a mount. On a fully charged HM-3632DC or HM-3633DC battery — both sold separately — a usage time of 5.5 hours is achievable.
