The system consists of three components: an inner belt, an outer belt and a belt keeper. The inner belt goes through the belt loops of your trousers and has velcro on the outside. The outer belt is attached around it via velcro and the belt keeper — sturdy enough to carry multiple holsters and magazine holders without sagging or deforming. A practical advantage: the outer belt, including holsters and magazine holders, can be quickly removed while the inner belt remains around your waist.
