Thanks to the fixed groundsheet with a hydrostatic pressure rating of 2,500 mm, you stay dry at all times. The tent fabric consists of durable 150D polyester and contains no distracting hook and loop fasteners. This allows you to photograph comfortably, regardless of weather conditions. For extra protection against rain, the tent features a clever canopy at the front that keeps the small viewing windows dry. These windows can be completely closed from inside to keep it dark. Above the lens opening is an additional viewing window with canopy so you always have a view without letting water in. The door has been redesigned with a zipper that runs the opposite way, allowing rainwater to drain better. The door has an additional camouflage insect net that also serves as a rear window or ventilation opening. This allows fresh air to flow in without insects entering the tent. All three lens openings are fitted with fixed insect mesh and a rain cap on the outside. Even the open tube of the fiberglass frame can be sealed with a cap to keep mud and dirt out. At the bottom front is a small zip opening specifically for those who want to stick a tripod leg outside. This opening closes completely. Inside, the tent offers plenty of space for a ground-level tripod or small three-leg tripod with camera, plus a backpack with extra gear. Thanks to the compact size and dark interior, you remain completely invisible to wildlife. The tent sets up quickly and discreetly, even in difficult conditions. Setup is lightning-fast with the three sturdy fiberglass half-hoops. Set the tent up a day in advance so animals can get used to it, then start photographing as soon as you're ready. Optionally use the 4 guy lines for extra stability, but this is rarely necessary. The Falco Mark IV blends seamlessly into its surroundings.
