Tripod Vanguard Endeavor RL 303CGM Gen. 2 - Carbon

The Vanguard Endeavor RL 303CGM Gen. 2 is a carbon fiber rifle support built for heavy use in the field. Three legs of 30 mm carbon fiber provide a sturdy base, even under heavy rifles. At the bottom of each leg are rubber feet that you can rotate upward to reveal metal points — this way the tripod works on virtually any surface.

The legs can be set at three angles: 23°, 50° and 80°. At the widest stance, the minimum height is 24 cm. You adjust the length via high-quality twist locks, which are quick and silent to operate and easy to clean. Thanks to the markings on the legs, you can easily repeat a set height. The maximum height reaches 162 cm.

On top of the tripod is a platform on a ball mount. You can tilt it 15° up or down and rotate it 360° horizontally. Loosening and tightening is done with the lever under the platform — which also provides a comfortable grip while shooting. At the bottom of the lever is a hook for ballast weight, which further increases stability.

A built-in level helps you set the platform precisely horizontal. The platform has 3/8" threads for mounting a matching tripod head. Want to use a different mount? The tiltable and rotatable platform can be removed and replaced without tools.

The tripod comes standard with the Endeavor GM-70 rifle clamp, equipped with 3/8" threads and an Arca plate. The clamp mounts quickly and sits securely on the platform. On the inside, rubber padding protects the rifle and provides a good grip. With the large adjustment wheel, you open the clamp from 30 mm to 70 mm, accommodating rifles of virtually all sizes.

A 3/8" threaded connection is integrated into the side of the tripod onto which you can mount an extra arm (not included). Handy if you want to bring a GoPro camera or smartphone along with your rifle to record your shots.
