Qua seizoensgebruik is dit gas geschikt voor de lente, zomer en herfst. Bij koude temperaturen neemt de werking af, dus voor wintergebruik is het minder aangeraden. Omdat het om een krachtig gas gaat, is het niet bedoeld voor replica's met een kunststof slede — reken op een stevige, volledig metalen constructie als basisvereiste.
