Want to convert your AEG airsoft replica to an HPA-driven platform? The Wolverine Inferno Gen2 Premium HPA engine makes that possible and is a popular choice among airsofters who want more control over their system.
The heart of this engine is a hybrid open bolt system. That system introduces a short pause during firing, which benefits BB stability and increases accuracy. At the same time, the advantages of an open bolt are retained — including easy hop up adjustment. Both semi and fully automatic use is possible.
By default, the Inferno Gen2 Premium fits V2 gearboxes, but converting to V3, M249 or other gearboxes with a centered nozzle is easily done. The mechanism has only one moving part, which benefits reliability. Combining with other Wolverine products is also possible.
In the box you will find the Wolverine Premium FCU (Fire Control Unit), with which you can set the following firing modes:
- Fully automatic
- Semi-automatic
- Two round burst
- Five round burst
- Three round burst
- Seven round burst
- Two second delay
The delivery further includes a buffer tube adapter, all necessary electronics and an Inferno patch.
