The flexible blade made from recycled Swedish stainless steel ensures excellent precision and minimizes meat spoilage. With a thickness of 1.85 mm, the blade offers both maximum stability and strength with every cut.
The ergonomic polymer handle in a hunting-inspired color is comfortable to hold and ensures the best grip. With the friction grip and finger guard you can grip the knife firmly and work with wonderful precision.
The boning knife comes with a polymer sheath in olive green. The sheath has a practical locking function and is easy to wash.
